Kuntal Vyas Aggarwal, a design and technology prodigy, is the creative mind and backbone of Resaiki, a firm she envisioned in the first year of her design school. With expertise in several design domains, she founded Resaiki in 2011, an architecture and interior design firm that enriches lives with holistic spaces. Since then, the firm has executed over 100+ design & build projects in 7+ cities, pan-India and Nepal. The projects augment human experiences by implementing principles of design that enhance positive energy in every space.

Kuntal began her educational journey in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University. Soon, the world of interior design enraptured her and she started her design expedition at the reputed Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture, Pune. To enhance her ingenuity in designing cohesive spaces, she pursued a certified Lighting Design course in Milan NABA in 2017. Her inquisitiveness guided her to attain acute knowledge in Vaastu, Parametric Design and Computation, and verified certification in healing spaces.

Along with being a stellar design practitioner, Kuntal Vyas Aggarwal is also an avid believer in spirituality, mindfulness and healing, which is a guiding force in her design ethos. Designs envisaged by her put the inhabitant’s physical and mental well-being first, followed by incorporating principles of Vaastu, Colour Psychology and more. For Kuntal, designing spaces is a way to spread positivity. For Kuntal, every space should represent the inhabitants, while Resaiki is a medium to fulfill their vision and pervade the space with happy energies.

Presently, Kuntal leads Resaiki with her partner Nikhil Aggarwal, a certified IGBC Green Building professional. Under their leadership, the firm has collaborated with reputed companies like TATA Housing, INIFD, Looks Salon, Samsung and VLCC. With completed and ongoing projects pan-India and Nepal, the firm excels in contemporary designs powered by new-age technologies and advanced design solutions.
Kuntal has led Resaiki to wide recognition around the country. Their projects have been featured in Architect and Interiors India, MGS Architecture, and Society Interiors, among others. Moreover, Kuntal’s thoughts and opinions have found their way across several distinguished platforms like The Tribune, Business Standard, Outlook and more. She also participates in college design juries to give back to the design community and encourage young students. To facilitate her efforts and design journey, Kuntal was awarded the ‘Best Performing Designer in One Decade’ by BNCA, the design institute she studied at.

When not curating spaces, Kuntal indulges in spiritual activities like Reiki, healing and meditations, inadvertently inspiring Resaiki’s design language. She also participates in acting stints at theatres throughout Delhi NCR.
